Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 June 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Healable websites and sensitive data workspace, provided by Kin Health AS ("Kin Health", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Where your organization has signed a separate customer agreement and data processing agreement with us, those agreements govern production use and take precedence over these Terms where they differ.

The service and early access

Healable is a secure workspace that helps clinicians organize record material, structure it, and draft documentation. The service is currently offered in early access: access is opened gradually, may require direct approval, and features may change as the product develops.

Eligibility and accounts

The service is intended for healthcare professionals and organizations. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hei@healable.no if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

When using the service, you agree not to:

  • Process patient or other sensitive data without the appropriate agreements and organizational authorization in place.
  • Attempt to access vaults, data, or accounts you are not authorized to use.
  • Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the security or integrity of the service.
  • Use the service in violation of applicable laws, professional obligations, or third-party rights.

Clinical responsibility

Healable supports clinical workflow, organizing, and drafting. It does not make clinical decisions and does not replace professional judgment. Every draft is provided for review: the clinician and their organization remain responsible for verifying content and for any clinical decision, report, or document that is finalized, signed, or shared.

Customer data and data processing

You and your organization retain ownership of the content placed into the service. When patient or other personal data is processed, Healable acts as a data processor on documented instructions under a data processing agreement, which should be in place before sensitive health data is processed. Your organization is responsible for the lawful basis for processing and for internal governance, approval, and legal review before production use.

Fees and billing

Some features may be offered free during early access; paid plans are billed as described at onboarding or in your customer agreement. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe), and billing may be in NOK or EUR. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual property

Healable and its underlying software, design, and content are owned by Kin Health AS and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. Your content remains yours; you grant us only the rights needed to provide the service to you.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Healable does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and outputs are drafts that require professional review. Healable provides no medical or clinical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Healable is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Term and termination

These Terms apply while you use the service. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms or an applicable agreement are breached, or to protect the security of the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise or your customer agreement states a different forum.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will revise the date above when we do, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. For questions, contact hei@healable.no.
